This Conflict of Interest Disclosure (this “Disclosure”) is delivered in connection with the transactions (the “Transactions”) prepared by Golden Visa Capital, a Florida LLC (the “Company”). In connection with all Transactions, the Company makes the following conflict of interest disclosures:
Amy Short (collectively, the “Representative”) is the principal of three companies that do business together:
1. Golden Visa Capital, a Florida LLC, which conducts capital raising and private placements of securities
2. Golden Visa Direct, a Florida LLC, which offers education and consulting regarding residency-by-investment and associated U.S. tax exposure (including the brands PFIC Help and Don't Get Burned).
3. LovesCompany Co, a Florida LLC, which provides business consulting and solutions to includes assistance establishing Fiscally Sponsored Programs and Donor Advised Funds in the U.S.
As Golden Visa Direct LLC educates the public about Portugal’s Golden Visa program, qualified clients might be referred from Golden Visa Direct LLC to Golden Visa Capital LLC for private placement services.
As LovesCompany Co LLC assists businesses in their operations and stages of lifecycle, clients might be referred from LovesCompany Co LLC to Golden Visa Capital LLC for capital raising services, private placement services, or to other bankers in Golden Visa Capital’s network for other banking services for which Golden Visa Capital could be paid a commission.
Your receipt of any materials in connection with the Transaction and/or execution of Transaction-related documents and agreements with the Company in connection with the Transaction is an acknowledgement of your receipt and acknowledgement, and understanding and agreement with this Disclosure.
